Woodmont Country Club. Rockville, Maryland
ARCHITECT

This 51,000 SF indoor tennis facility, featuring Butler Manufacturing Company's pre-engineered components, includes six indoor tennis courts, pro shop, administrative facilities, locker rooms and supporting facilities. The building is surrounded by outdoor tennis courts and the key design feature is a wrap-around viewing porch.
The overall planning of this project was critical due to its impact on the membership of an ongoing country club. Initial phases involved extensive utility relocations that had to be carefully scheduled to ensure uninterrupted services.
Jack Bays, Inc. has been involved from the initial schematic design with scheduling, material selections and budgeting services. During construction we coordinated our activities with member access and events. Project was completed on schedule late summer, 2008.
