In
1998 Jack Bays, Inc. was approached by Shiloh's pastor
and asked to join the project team for this historic church's
addition/renovation project, on hold due to a retiring
architect and a variety of permit issues. Over the course
of the next 6 years we helped the Shiloh Building Committee
with the extensive preconstruction services necessary
to reinvigorate the project - redesign, cost estimating,
value engineering, scheduling, obtaining new permits.
After
much anticipation the project was restarted, including a complete renovation to
the circa 1920 sanctuary together with a large multi-purpose
addition. The Project was completed with occupancy permit
issued in January 2006.
