Vice President, Preconstruction Services
As Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Ms. Mayo is responsible for coordinating all company efforts during the preconstruction phase of our projects.  She ensures that resources from project management and operations divisions are applied to best advantage in developing an efficient strategy for costing, phasing and overall future project implementation.  She works closely with prospective clients to map out strategies for their unique objectives, and also collaborates with design team members to ensure that design and cost parameters are honored during the extended period from project inception to actual groundbreaking.
