ROD C WINTERBOTTOM:
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Rod Winterbottom oversees all field operations and is responsible for overall quality control, safety and timely completion of all Jack Bays, Inc. projects. He is responsible for matching superintendents with appropriate projects and allocating all labor resources for our ongoing projects. He is our chief safety officer and ensures that all projects are in compliance with JBI, OSHA and any other relevant jurisdictional safety requirements. During the preconstruction phase he consults with estimating and project management on issues of scheduling and constructability. Once construction has commenced he visits the jobsite several times a week to provide direction and support for the critical onsite operations.
