This sleek 53,000 SF, 3-story brick and glass office building was awarded to Jack Bays, Inc. after a negotiated GC interview process. We joined the project team during the preconstruction phase and offered advice on value engineering, procurement of long lead items and overall schedule and constructability.

Construction time for the building shell was six months. While tenant fit up was being completed for the various high-tech tenants of Building One, its sister building, Quantico Two was constructed. The developer has ultimate plans for a 3rd and 4th building on the same site.
