Proper planning is the key to a successful construction project. Starting with initial square foot budgeting and leading into detailed computerized costs estimating, our estimating team will track project costs as the design develops. Mid-course corrections can be made if cost overruns appear likely.

Material selection, identification of long lead items and constructability reviews are offered by our project management team as the building design progresses. Early input into these areas can have dramatic effects on cost and schedule.

Our CPM schedules establish a benchmark for both design and construction activities. They are dynamic working documents and become progressively more detailed as the drawings develop. Once construction begins, our schedules act as control mechanisms to anticipate problems, project manpower and material requirements and inform all parties of project status.
