This 22,000 square foot facility is built on two levels - the upper level consisting of the sanctuary and administration areas and the lower level devoted to classroom space and a fellowship hall. The project was phased to permit fundraising activities to complement the in-place financing. While the steel structure with split & ground face block veneer was being constructed and the sanctuary finishes completed, funds were raised for the lower level buildout, which was accomplished shortly upon completion of the sanctuary space. This negotiated project permitted Jack Bays, Inc. to work closely with the architect and building committee to present value engineering options that helped keep the project on track. We have continued our long term relationship for several additional improvements and upgraded audio visual systems.
