This tenant buildout project transforms the former American Café restaurant space into 10,500 SF showroom space for Aston Martin and for pre-owned Mercedes Benz. It features alucobond cladding over the existing precast exterior, new aluminum storefront curtainwall framing and EIFS accents.

Inside, specially ordered Italian travertine marble flooring and black granite tiles are featured on the showroom floors. A contemporary steel and glass stair railing leads to the upstairs mezzanine office level. Alucobond column covers are included throughout. Many of the fixtures and furnishings are ordered through high-end specialty distributors in the UK.
