This 31,200 square foot manor style building combines Butler pre-engineered structural systems and roof with conventional exterior finishes - intricately detailed stucco (EIFS) together with 58 colonial columns - for a dramatic result.

The interior finishes includes 40,000 lineal feet of running trim, marble flooring, palladium windows, 18' high ceilings and 37 custom chandeliers. This reception center project, for small to medium size group assemblies, was awarded to Jack Bays, Inc. on a negotiated basis. We worked extensively with the design team and owner on constructability issues, value engineering and project acceleration, compressing the schedule into a fast track project of only seven months duration.
