This
27,000 square foot medical office building features below
ground parking and complete tenant build out of retail,
business and medical spaces. The retail tenant occupies
the entire first floor level and their space was finished
immediately after completion of the shell building. The
entire second floor is medical office suites and this
tenant work with its plumbing-intensive component was
completed largely at night, so as to cause minimal disturbance
to the retail tenant.

that all aspects of the project from design to
base building construction to tenant build out
were managed efficiently for cost control and fast-track
