This
51,000 square foot Butler
pre-engineered metal building was initially designed
by Jack Bays, Inc. as a bicycle sales and warehouse facility
in 1997. The Owner was unable to complete the project
and the shell building
was purchased by Computer Learning Center for classroom
space. Jack Bays, Inc. was asked to convert the building
to a two-story facility by constructing a steel framed
and concrete deck mezzanine throughout the interior including
stairs and window openings at the new second floor. The
building, visible from I-66 near the rest area at route
234, is currently the home of ECPI College of Technology. |
