This 45,000 SF warehouse/industrial project was awarded to Jack Bays, Inc. on a negotiated basis. The client has been one of our most highly regarded subcontractors and we were very pleased to have the opportunity to build for them. We brought in Samaha & Associates, P.C. on a design/build basis, and we worked as a team through design and budgeting to develop a program that met all of the client’s multi-faceted needs – storage, attractive & spacious office environment, and manufacturing capability. Acme Mechanical, Inc. self-performed the mechanical work and recommended the use of other preferred subcontractors. Jack Bays, Inc. managed the overall process and provided an environment that allowed maximum flexibility for the client to make design decisions throughout construction, which resulted in a unique and personalized project. |
