| Since
1961 Jack Bays, Inc. has been building outstanding projects
by first building outstanding project teams. Our superintendents
and project managers have the education and experience
to meet the special challenges of each job. Our reputation
for excellence and fairness has earned us the loyalty
of the area's best subcontractors and the respect of architects
and engineers. These professionals, together with the
client, are all members of the project team, and our combined
effort is what ensures the success of your project. Above
all, we understand that the art of managing construction
is fundamentally the art of team communication.
We
are committed to the team approach, where architect, owner
and contractor cooperate as partners and construct the
project with mutual confidence. Problems are jointly addressed,
solutions found and accolades shared. Communication and
trust are assumed and used to the best advantage of all
team members. This is our approach to construction whether
we have won a job through competitive bidding or through
negotiation. Our team approach has brought us many valued
and loyal clients, clients who have returned for new services.
In
over 49 years, we have built offices, schools, religious
facilities, retail and government centers, warehouses
and recreational facilities. We've built from the ground
up, we've added on, we've renovated. But we have always
believed that service is our true product. So when the
building is finished, the team's association with Jack
Bays, Inc. continues. Through our warranty program and
long-term maintenance assistance, we stay in touch. We
live up to our promises because we know that our clients
are our greatest assets.

Careful coordination with church staff will be the mandate each day in order to maintain a safe jobsite while children and parishioners continue to participate in Immanuel’s programs.
Jack Bays, Inc. was able to achieve cost savings of $1 million over our original bid amount, due to competitive subcontractor bidding and a creative approach to the project phasing.
An intricate safety, staging and traffic flow plan will be implemented to aid in separating construction activities from the ongoing work of this busy church and school.
